Dr. Rubaiya Ali

Dr. Rubaiya Ali completed her MBBS from Chittagong Medical College, achieved Diploma in Dermatology & Venereology from BSMMU. She then completed her FCPS from Bangladesh College of Physician & Surgeons in her maiden try. After completing her post-graduation, she joined Addin Medical College Hospital and served as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Dermatology.
She is trained extensively in all aspects of diseases of skin, hair and nail from BSMMU. Her area of expertise includes Chemical Peel for which she has been certified and trained from Image Skincare Institute, Florida, USA. She received fellowship training on Cutaneous & Laser Surgery from the Institute of Dermatology, Bangkok, Thailand. She also obtained fellowship training under Tehran University of Medical Science in Iran. There she got trained specially in hair disorder and antiaging procedures.
Her another unique area of expertise includes training on Sexual Health and Sexual Medicine under European Society of Sexual Medicine in Istanbul, Turkey.
Her other area of interest includes Paediatric Dermatology.
To remain professionally relevant and updated she holds memberships in various international associations.
She has several research publications in reputed national and international journals.
