Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hospital

Additional Requirements

• Experience from Bangladesh Fire Services & Civil Defense will be preferred.
• Should have vast knowledge on fire safety management to ensure fire safety in a international hospital.
• Must be well familiar to set up firefighting equipment as per the requirement of the Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act.

Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing fire safety policies and procedures within the workplace. This includes creating evacuation plans and ensuring that all employees are trained in fire safety protocols.
• Monitor and ensure that the facility of fire hydrant, fire pumps, Sprinkler system, detection systems are adequate and are working properly.
• Ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees, construction labors, outsourced staffs and security personnel.
• Ensure monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drills as per program to aware all workers & staff.
• Ensure firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority.
